Lovely stay - we stayed with friends and had 4 rooms in the house.. We had the top suite which was amazing, the kitchen/ lounge was great for entertaining. Rooms very comfortable. We will be returning! We also left some items behind & the staff were very quick to reply and post back to us. Thanks again
We arrived Christmas eve. The instructions on how to access the property were clear and easy enough to follow. The hallway was dressed beautifully for the festive season and was very inviting. We stayed in the Millerdale suite. The apartment was spotless and immaculate. Decore modern with a hint of avant-garde. Beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our 2 night stay was 5*, our only slight negative is the bedroom was rather chilly. Maybe a little heater would have took the chill off. We look forward to returning in the future and shall definitely be recommending Muse Escapes at Foxlow Grange. Kind regards Joanne and Mark
Absolutely stunning flat within touching distance of Buxton centre (25 min walk with children (10&6)), impeccably decorated and comfortable it was the perfect jumping off point for the Peak District. We had three fantastic days and we all agree we’d be very happy to come back and stay so we can explore more. Communication from the hosts was clear, timely and super helpful. Would highly recommend.
Faultless stay! I’ve stayed here friends, family, as a couple, solo and even our dog—and every visit has been nothing short of wonderful. The décor is tastefully done throughout, creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the whole place feels designed for relaxation. Extremely clean with crisp white bedsheets. My family absolutely loved their break here, and my mother- and father-in-law were just as impressed. It’s a peaceful retreat that offers something for everyone. Self catering with a well appointed kitchen and complimentary locally roasted coffee. The Crescent Suite is my personal favourite—beautifully appointed and so relaxing. Every detail, from the furnishings to the ambiance, makes our stay feel like a relaxing staycation.
WOW WOW WOW! We have just come back from 3 nights in the opera suite and what an incredible stay it was. *The building and grounds are beautiful. *The opera suite decor and furnishings were modern and pure luxury. *The beds were lovely and comfortable *The apartment was immaculately clean, not a pot or pan out of place (which we love). *The attention to detail is amazing. *The local coffee gift was a fabulous, delicious touch. We will 100% be back - Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay
Beautiful place , rooms.very tastefully decorated. Gave me inspiration for my own house. Very clean, had pretty much everything you needed. If I had to say anything about the apartment it would be it was alittle cold at night. It was a cold night but the heating never seem to be hot even when we boosted the heating. Also the mirrors for doing make up were not in the best place for light. But hardly a deal breaker. Would 100% recommend. I will be booking again to go back with my family.
Beautifully decorated accommodation with a relaxing feel. We choose the accommodation with garden and hot tub. During our stay we did have a little noise with a child staying above our room so early to rise for everyone however this didn't impact our stay. Good to know the place is child friendly and pet for one dog.
Everything about accommodation was first class, beautiful decor and furnishings. Comfortable bedding and well appointed bathrooms. The location in Buxton was perfect for visiting the Peak District. It will definitely be my choice for my next visit to the area.
